What about a cool commer highroof 1962, former towing bus of the legendary race team owner and driver Mr Chubaty of IMCADO manufacturing.
This commer was bought new by automotive engineer George Chubaty to pull his 1962 Lotus Seven factory race car.
He traveled up and down the east coast with his racing team, and had win many trophy’s, even receiving one at the presidents cup from John F. Kennedy.
The driver and his mechanic slept in the back, beds are still present.
it was registered and on the road till 2019 . Motor was told to be rebuild.
I bought this bus couple of years ago in the US and shipped it to Holland where it residents now at our premises. It was a blast to drive and lots of fun.
t’s parked now for several years so needs for sure TLC before driving away and a fair amount of welding, but the new owner will have a very cool bus!
